Your leadership will ensure multiple projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance. - Full management of project profit and loss.
- Defining customer demand profiles and balancing internal resources.
- Resolving conflicts regarding priorities and issues.
- Harmonising strategy across all internal stakeholders.
- Maximising profitability by:
(a) improving product offerings and securing additional revenue through Variation Orders (VOs),
(b) reducing costs through identification of key drivers (price, consumption, volume). - Managing cash flow, including debt and inventory (Stock and Work in Progress (WIP)).
- Identifying risks and opportunities and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Preparing project reports and representing projects at internal and customer reviews.
