Could you be the full-time Train System Domain Leader (TSDL) in [Hyderabad] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and results-driven teammates.
You'll contribute to the seamless integration of transport systems, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery commitments are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality, Procurement), manage team activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting issue resolution, ensuring design reviews are well-documented, and managing team development. But also, you will be responsible for resource allocation to secure project success.
We’ll look to you for:

Global workload management within your team

Effective staffing during project ramp-ups

Ensuring 100% application of standard processes and tools

Managing Return of Experience (REX) between projects

Supporting the Train System Metier Manager in forecasting and resource planning

Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of the TS Metier

Engineering degree or Master of engineering from a university or engineering school

Experience or understanding of train engineering and development

Knowledge of project management and team leadership

Familiarity with Alstom Transport QMS and Engineering instructions

Proficiency in English and the national language of the site

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Structured, organized, and hands-on management approach
