Could you be the full-time Train Performance Manager in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring train performance meets customer and regulatory requirements, acting as the main focal point for train performance and functionality topics. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as System Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, and Project Cybersecurity Managers, to ensure the reliability and functionality of our trains, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading the system’s technical development and validation at the train level throughout the V-cycle and lifecycle, but also support operational analysis and the resolution of technical issues during revenue service.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the system development and validation at the train level, including operability analysis, system definition, architecture, performance, and functionality

Ensuring conversion of customer and regulatory requirements into train-level requirements and specifications

Collecting and analyzing customer needs and requirements

Leading operational analysis and the development of train-level requirements and specifications

Collaborating with Sub-Systems Groups to lead functional analysis, specification, and architecture at the system level

Supporting Sub-Systems Engineers to ensure designs meet specified targets throughout the project lifecycle

Leading verification and validation activities at the system level

Resolving technical open issues during train revenue service in alignment with project strategy

Degree in engineering or a related field

15 Years of experience or understanding of system development and validation processes

Knowledge of train performance, system architecture, and regulatory requirements

Familiarity with operational analysis and functional specifications

A relevant certification in systems engineering or project management

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
