Could you be the full-time Site Train Control & Information Systems (TC & IS) Metier Manager in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll drive the successful implementation of train control systems across projects, ensuring operational excellence and standardization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering Managers, Site Engineering Workload Managers, and other Metier Managers), manage resources and methodologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying standard processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and ensure the successful execution of train control and information systems (TC&IS) work packages, but also support technical and process challenges faced by projects.
We’ll look to you for:
- Deploying standard processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure TC&IS efficiency.
- Developing and sharing reusable "design patterns" within your domain.
- Ensuring alignment of resources with project needs and managing workforce staffing.
- Supporting projects with technical and process challenges while ensuring sound and safe architectures.
- Defining subcontracting strategies and managing investment requests.
- Leading Return on Experience reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Regularly updating TC&IS costing models to reflect process improvements.
- Networking with peers across sites to share workload and competencies.

- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- 15-18 years of hands-on experience in domain activities within the Railways, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.
- 5-7 years of experience in team and project management, preferably with multi-metier or multi-site teams.
- Strong knowledge of train systems, including system analysis and railways.
- Proficiency in resource allocation and workload management.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing standard processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
