Requirement Manager

What are my responsibilities?
The Requirement Manager is responsible for application of the Requirements Management process within his scope:

-Support tools implementation

-Provide support (tools and process) to the process users (SYS Engineers,........)

-Follow up status of Requirements (allocation, acceptance by Sub-Systems, coverage,......) and manage requirements configuration

-Report Requirements coverage and status to project management

-Liase with client/Consortium through Doors

-Good to have DXL scripting, Excel VBA Programming and Reporting (dashboard creation, KPI's etc..) experience.

-Support consistency analysis (in coordination with the System Engineering Manager) and change impact analysis (in coordination with the Configuration manager)

-Manage (technical) requirements of the project and to contribute to identify inconsistencies between those requirements and the project's plans design outputs

Requirement Management will manage:

-Project requirements (covered by projet plan), which will be dispatch to the management entities in order to be met.

-Technical requirements (product requirements and operational requirements), during the whole product life cycle, from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to the Final Quality Approval (FQA).

-Provide regular update on the level of compliance to the contract requirements. This will incude reporting both internally and to the client.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Minimum Qualifications:

Around 5 years experience as Requirement manager or strong experience using RM tool IBMS DOORS with organizational & communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Implementation and follow-up of the Requirement Management process.
• Establish traceability of compliance to technical requirement focusing on:
  • Contract execution and fulfillment of the customer's requirements.
  • Development and fulfillment of technical requirements emerging all along the Engineering process.
• Development of performance Measurement/KPI's thorughout project lifecycle.
• Ability to propose some improvement in order to industrialize/automatize your activity through tool or new WOW.
