Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) of our projects, contributing to the delivery of industry-leading mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Design, Validation, Central Engineering RAMS, and more), address customer and independent party feedback, and ensure compliance with Alstom’s RAMS processes and instructions.
You’ll specifically take care of performing RAMS analyses and producing related deliverables, but also contribute to the assessment of product RAMS performance and identify improvement opportunities.
We’ll look to you for:

Performing RAMS analyses as per applicable instructions, processes, and customer requirements

Delivering RAMS analyses compliant with project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments

Addressing customer or independent party comments to achieve approval on RAMS deliverables

Assessing product RAMS performance and identifying necessary requirements to meet targets
-
Applying Alstom/Engineering rules and processes to all activities
-
Reporting progress and raising alerts in case of challenges

Adopting a product-oriented mindset to enhance study results and foster product performance improvements

Degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline

Experience or understanding of RAMS analysis and demonstration methods

Knowledge of rolling-stock engineering or validation processes (training will be provided)

Familiarity with technical documentation in English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Structured and organized approach with a hands-on mindset
