Could you be the full-time Mechanical Domain Manager in our dynamic Hyderabad office we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Mechanical Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll manage the Mechanical Domain resources, activities, and deliverables on projects, ensuring compliance with our quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Sourcing, Industrialization, Manufacturing), plan and pilot Mechanical Domain activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining requirements and mechanical interfaces to equipment, monitor the conformity of Mechanical Sub-Systems deliveries, and coordinate Mechanical Domain contributors on projects. But also, you will be involved in managing the production of deliverables and designing products that meet project specifications.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the quality and customer acceptance of Mechanical Domain deliverables within committed limits

  • Reporting on Mechanical Domain activities progress and escalating potential issues

  • Overseeing the application of Mechanical Domain instructions, processes, and tools

  • Resolving Mechanical issues and defining mitigation plans for project risks

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Mechanical Domain

  • Collaborating on cross-functional teams to support the production ramp-up

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of Railway products, with a preference for candidates with 2 to 3 years in this industry

  • Knowledge of CAD tools such as Catia V5 and PLM tools

  • Familiarity with project management and reporting

  • A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and priority

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Operational proficiency in English for reading, writing, and participating in technical meetings

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with the latest security standards for rail signalling

  • Progress towards leadership roles and expanded responsibilities

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
