Could you be the full-time LSA Lead Engineer in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) methodologies in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the maintainability and supportability of our railway systems, contributing to the delivery of sustainable mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the business (including RAMS architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, system architects, and sourcing teams), manage the workload of the LSA team, and validate maintenance documentation and training toolkits, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of defining maintenance plans, spare part allocations, and logistic breakdown structures (LBS), but also contribute to the continuous improvement of our ISR practices and data capitalization.
We’ll look to you for:

Identifying performance allocations in compliance with DFS targets

Defining and managing LSA elements such as MTA, LCC, LORA, and RCM

Validating support solutions and ensuring compliance with design engineering BOM definitions

Managing the LSA team, workload, and deliverables to meet QCD commitments

Ensuring technical interfaces with various engineering and sourcing teams

Capitalizing data to improve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) on future projects

Engineering University Degree or equivalent

5+ years of experience in ISR and LSA engineering

Expertise in maintainability studies, particularly for railway equipment

Knowledge of ISR elements such as RAMS, LORA, RCM, and LCC

Experience with maintenance plan development and execution (desirable)

Strong people management and communication skills

Fluency in English

Attention to detail, self-motivation, and critical thinking

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
