Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll make a meaningful impact by ensuring the performance and maintainability of critical railway systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (RAMS Architects, mechanical, electrical & system architects, sourcing teams), manage LSA activities to deliver quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments, and ensure compliance with the Design for Supportability (DFS) framework, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of defining maintenance plans and LSA elements (e.g., MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM) and managing the LSA database (ILS PDM), but also contribute to validating support solutions and associated documentation or training toolkits.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Identifying performance allocations in compliance with DFS targets

  • Defining spare part allocations for initial provisioning (LAI)

  • Managing the LSA team, workload, and team sizing

  • Writing and implementing the LSA Management Plan

  • Ensuring alignment between Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) and Design Engineering BOM definitions

  • Validating the content of technical maintenance documentation and training toolkits

  • Collaborating with sourcing teams to address ISR requirement clauses

  • Ensuring REX (Return of Experience) is collected and considered

  • Promoting standardized ISR practices compliant with international standards and Alstom procedures

  • Capitalizing data to improve QCD on future projects

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Engineering University Degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of ISR experience in LSA Engineering

  • Expertise in maintainability studies

  • Familiarity with maintainability studies on railway equipment

  • Desirable: LSA specialization and experience in maintenance execution

  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of ISR elements applicable to railway equipment (RAMS, LORA, RCM, LCC)

  • People management skills

  • Solid decision-making and critical thinking abilities

  • Self-motivated with attention to detail

  • Strong team player
