Could you be the full-time Domain leader - Train Electrical in Hyderabad we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the performance and continuous improvement of the Electrical Domain team across unique or multiple sites, depending on the TDS organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, and Central Engineering), manage workload and people development cycles, and ensure compliance with Alstom's processes and instructions.

You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the quality and delivery of Domain deliverables but also facilitating collaborative work between different domains and stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the proper follow-up of Metier Quality and Delivery on Domain deliverables
  • Ensuring understanding and application of rules, processes, and tools within the Domain
  • Preparing and documenting design reviews as per project/program schedules
  • Defining and implementing mitigation plans for identified risks
  • Managing the development and workload of the Domain team to ensure capacity and skills align with project needs
  • Supporting the resolution of issues and promoting collaboration with other domains and stakeholders
  • Reporting on Domain activities and addressing any capacity, skills, or process-related challenges
  • Validating Domain deliverables and ensuring adherence to planning
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Domain through Return on Experience (RoE) management


All about you

  • Full-time BE/ME degree in Electrical
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in the railway or project-based industry
  • Proven experience managing teams of at least 25 members
  • Strong understanding of Domain architecture, including weight, gauge, installation strategy, acoustics, eco-design, ergonomics, aerodynamics, and aeraulics.
  • Experience in workload management and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of Alstom Transport/Engineering processes and quality standards
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
