Could you be the full-time Domain Leader - Documentation in Hyderabad we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and organizational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in defining and managing the maintenance documentation processes, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the LSA Manager and Technical Authoring teams), manage the workload of a dedicated team, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

You’ll specifically take care of defining the ISR Documentation Management Plan and overseeing its execution, but also ensure the documentation database is accurately maintained and aligned with Alstom standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining the maintenance documentation plan and ensuring alignment with ISR Management Plan objectives.

  • Managing the QCD of maintenance documentation projects.

  • Leading and coordinating the Technical Authoring team to produce high-quality maintenance documentation.

  • Capitalizing data and inputs in the central ISR repository (ILS PDM).

  • Ensuring documentation is published using Alstom’s standard methods and tools (e.g., Electronic Catalogue).

  • Managing relationships with internal and external partners involved in authoring activities.

  • Defining and implementing key processes to deliver high-quality documentation aligned with QCD targets.

  • Collecting and integrating lessons learned (REX) for continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring efficient parts codification and compliance with Alstom’s platform rules and quality standards.

  • Knowledge of ISR (In Service Reliability) practices and tools.

  • Familiarity with technical authoring tools and methods (e.g., Electronic Catalogue).

  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
