Could you be the full-time Finite Element Analysis Engineer in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive finite element analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the structural integrity and optimization of our railway products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, engineering, project management), plan and execute calculation discipline activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing FE models for complex assemblies, but also suggest design improvements and produce FEA validation plans.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparing FE models and performing calculations for complex assemblies independently

Planning and leading calculation discipline activities and deliverables on projects

Applying calculation methodologies to ensure deliverable quality within committed limits
-
Suggesting design improvements for calculated parts
-
Documenting calculation discipline reviews and following up on action items

Reporting on progress and alerting management in case of potential impacts on QCD commitments
-
Producing FEA validation plans

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience or understanding of finite element analysis, preferably in the Railway industry

Knowledge of FEA tools such as Altair Hypermesh, Hyperview & Optistruct (Mandatory)

Familiarity with project management and reporting skills

A proactive mindset with the empowerment to prioritize effectively

Customer and product focus with a structured and hands-on approach

Operational English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in technical meetings
