Could you be the full-time Warehouse Keeper in Hvidovre we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistical and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, procurement, quality), control documentation from suppliers, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing transport requests, maintaining data accuracy in our ERP system (SAP), but also participating in inventory controls.
We’ll look to you for:

Recording and retrieving supply/logistics information

Controlling delivery documentation from Alstom suppliers

Organizing transport to workshops, suppliers, and customers
-
Ensuring data correctness in SAP
-
Participating in inventory controls and maintaining quality standards
-
Adhering to EHS & quality service standards and regulations
-
Feeding parts correctly to ensure production line continuity

Performing cycle counting of inventory and ensuring correct storage

A suitable degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supply/logistics operations

Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP

Familiarity with inventory control and quality assurance protocols

A forklift car license

Effective communication skills and a multicultural mindset

An ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment
