Primary Functions

 

  • Coordinate and submit purchase request for Approved Vendors to management team.
  • Track order status.
  • Comply with warehouse environment safety and fire hazards materials.
  • Define and track the inventory minimum alarm levels to maintain safety stocks.
  • Keep clear and clean records of Warehouse logistics.
  • Develop historical data on parts usage/order lead times
  • Track daily receiving of materials and incoming inspections.
  • Track material withdrawal in accordance with approved requisition form.
  • Maintain clear and precise labelling of inventory
  • Send articles for repair and keep tracking of these articles.
  • Responsible for tracking of measurement tools that require calibration.
  • Keep the warehouse clean at any time.
  • Track RMR items from initiation until returned to site
