Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that the transport system we deliver meets all requirements and performance standards for our Turnkey project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering Managers, Project Requirement Managers, and Project Subsystems VTA Managers), lead and coordinate activities related to system integration, validation, testing, and acceptance, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Leading and coordinating all activities related to Integration, Validation, Testing, and Acceptance of subsystems and the overall transport system. ,

Defining VTA objectives and processes for all subsystems to ensure compliance with project requirements. ,
-
Taking strategic decisions and making arbitrations for subsystem and system integration processes, including compatibility, interoperability, communication protocols, and operational scenarios. ,

Piloting the validation of contract requirements in collaboration with the Project Requirement Manager throughout the subsystem and system integration process, from Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to final acceptance tests. ,

Managing and overseeing test campaigns on-site, including temporary operation processes, resources, and means. ,

Identifying and escalating risks or issues related to subsystem/system VTA, such as compliance with standards, conformity to technical specifications, and compatibility with other subsystems. ,

Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding VTA activities. ,

Reporting on the execution of subsystems/system VTA activities. ,

Managing and conducting VTA Gate Reviews (GR) from Preliminary Gate Review (PGR) to Final Quality Approval Review (FQA). ,

Ensuring the integration, validation, and acceptance of subsystems by manufacturers.

Experience or understanding of railway projects, particularly in testing and commissioning. ,

Knowledge of railway systems, electrical power distribution systems, signalling, communication & SCADA systems, and rolling stock systems. ,
