What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in rail or infrastructure installation, with proven supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools, installation methodologies, and safety regulations
  • Strong understanding of rail systems, installation standards, and quality assurance practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
