  • Cap-ex file, dashboard and fixed asset management

- The development of the site according to Industrial needs identified through P&ME

Mission

Objectives

  • Set up industrial and tertiary resources (buildings and machinery) to ensure ongoing orders.
  • Maintain these means in a good state of use so that the orders are realized.
  • Optimize costs to reduce the overhead costs of the site.
  • (Co-) Pilot the strategic industrial plans for the site (site master plan)
  • Guarantee the realization of the monitoring plan defined by the resp / EHS ... compliance with regulatory obligations for the entire site
  • Master and reduce the energy footprint of the site
  • Manage the Cap-ex forecast (3-yr plan) and project executions
  • Maintain fixed asset registry for site and manage evolution of such assets

Respect of budgets: POH and Capex (authorized and paid)
