Welding Bogie Frame Supervisor

 

Missions are the following ones:

- She/He will be in charge to validate welding control done in the Supplier for the Project frames

- Secure the level of qualification of supplier operator and make 1st analyse of Laboratory report (WQ)

- Manage welding audit internal & external related to Project scope to reach target level

- Propose Work Instruction evolution and secure. Secure the configuration applicable in the Workshop

- Secure welding NCR properly identified by the supplier

- Defined and control the repair process

- Approve welding waiver

 

Educational Requirements

Bachelor and/or Associate Degree - Tecnical Degree will be considered as a Welding Expertise

General welding knowledge

Qualification Level XX EN15085

Quality control and tools associated

Quality project management

Resolution method problem

Fluent English

 

Desired Knowledge / Experience

Experience of welding theoretical and practical

Knowledge of Manufacturing, quality management

Knowledge of bogie railway

In Receiver facility / Supplier allocated in Harvey, IL (close to Chicago)

Availability to business trips in France and accross US for mandatory training and development
