Quality Frame Controller

 

 

 

Missions are the following one:

- She/He will make & ensure quality control of the Primary parts

- Make & Ensure quality control of the finished frame; paint, packaging

- Develop and secure set up of proper quality workstation needed allocated in the supplier

- Make first NCR report analysis and support resolution actions plan

- Manage the quarantine area

- Secure production traceability

- Support FAI actions plan closure

 

 

 

Educational Requirements

General mechanical: Drawing reading, machining.

Quality control and tools associated

Quality project management

Resolution method problem

Fluent English

 

 

 

 

Desired Knowledge / Experience

Experience and knowledge of Bogie (Industrial and Quality)

Knowledge of Manufacturing Metallic (sheet metal work, casting, forging,), Supplier Quality and Project Quality management + 3D measurement

Previews exposition to painting

In Receiver facility / Supplier allocated in Harvey, IL (close to Chicago)

Availability to business trips in France and accross US for mandatory training and development
