Responsibilities:
Project Start Up:
- With the support of the Supply Chain Developer, ensure all the logistics conditions and costs are taken into account during the Business Awards
- Participate in monitoring the Part Maturity Follow Up (PMFU) list and alert Project Management in case of material that will miss deadlines or scheduled timelines
- Monitor Supply Chain related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Logistics Specifications and Dashboard: Sortie, BDIs, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, forecasted missing parts
- Set up the Project Supply Chain metrics: spreadsheets or files to monitor the delivery of material supporting
- initial and serial build
- Ensure the Supply Chain financial requirements are taken into account at the Project initiation
Project Production:
- Organize the Project Supply Chain team
- Participate in the Change Control Board (CCB), ensure all logistics aspects are taken into account and with respect to effectiveness
- Participate in resourcing meetings, ensuring coverage between old and new Suppliers
- Define and publish action plans related to critical suppliers performance
- Secure supplier commitments meet capacity demands and their possible reaction to increased production rates
- Monitor Logistics related costs and expenses and propose cost reduction options to the Project Supply Chain Work Package
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 yr degree)
- 2 – 5 years’ in supply chain
- Audit knowledge
- SAP CHAS
- Rigor for management and procedure application
- Team-working and leadership
