Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Project Quality and Safety Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll be the independent voice of the customer within the project organization, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for the latest generation of passenger vehicles. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project & Bid Management, Customer Satisfaction, Quality Assurance), establish and implement the Project Quality Management Plan, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

Being the interface in the Project Team for all Project Quality aspects,

Attending to CSS interviews (Customer Satisfaction Surveys) with Customer Director and PM, supporting & monitoring the action plan,

Supporting the project team and the PM to prepare DFQ gate reviews & follow up related action plans,
-
Measuring and improving project quality performance,
-
Ensuring the Project Quality Management Plan's proper application during contract execution in accordance with contract requirements, and Alstom processes,
-
Representing Quality in the project team and driving customer satisfaction through the project’s Safety and Quality assurance,
-
Being data-driven to make objective decisions based on facts ("Speaks with data."),

Interacting with the final customer for project presentation.

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field,

Experience or understanding of project management within the railway industry, automotive, aerospace/aviation, oil & gas, or similar sectors,

Familiarity with managing Quality tools and problem-solving methodologies,
-
Knowledge of Quality standards such as ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM, and quality improvement tools,
-
Proven ability in teams/people management and an ability to positively influence cross-functional/geographically distributed teams,
-
Effective communication skills for interacting with and presenting to the final customer,
-
Willingness to travel (up to 70%).

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
