Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning and scheduling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of project schedules, driving alignment with production readiness, and optimizing inventory management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (operations, supply chain, and production), promote time management best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices—and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Acting as the right hand of the Project Manager/Chief of Development and Chief of Operations on all issues related to project schedules. ,
- Applying the Project Scheduling Process to ensure efficient and timely project execution,
- Promoting time management practices and fostering awareness within the project team,
- Contributing to the return of experience (REX) and sharing best practices, including schedule templates,
- Understanding industrial planning routines and integrating them into schedule management plans,
- Providing early warnings to the PrOPM and industrial planning teams about risks linked to configuration changes,
- Monitoring the consistency of Master Production Schedules (MPS) across PIO stakeholders to align with project on-time delivery (OTD) while optimizing inventory,
- Aligning development readiness needs to ensure a smooth production start,
- Managing and mitigating risks related to critical raw materials, inventory, WIP, and work orders effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred; extensive experience may substitute),

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; operations planning and supply chain experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP - ERP system (mandatory)
- Familiarity with inventory management, including hard inventories and WIP (work in process) management,
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively between operations and supply chain teams,
- Proficiency in work order management,
- Ability to mitigate and plan for critical raw materials,
- Awareness of industrial planning routines and processes,
- A mindset for promoting time management practices and sharing best practices.

Base Salary Range:
In accordance with New York State law, the anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, and qualifications. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation.
