Duties: Ensure the Project Documentation Management plan is produced and validated. Manage and implement the Project Documentation according to the rules defined in the Project Documentation Management Plan. Confirm that rules are understood and respected by every Project Management team member. Adapt and implement the Transport standard documentation structure to the project. Ensure internal validation of documents before submittal to Customer. Manage documentation delivery in due time to Customer. Alert Project Management team about next milestones related to documentation issues. Follow Customer and stakeholders’ documentation status, create and update project document templates. Deploy and manage the AT standard project EDMS (Electronic Documentation Management System) with IT support. Ensure project documentation is recorded in EDMS. Define and maintain project internal and external distribution list. Apply translation of documentation. Provide documentation reporting and indicators to Site Documentation Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineering Management team, and Customer. Define and manage document storage during project life and document archiving at the end of the project. Ensure the role of EDMS Key User (if noSite EMDS key user) at project level. First level support to EMDS users. EMDS users list updates. Train new users and request account creation to EDMS administration team. Perform REX and suggest improvements for the activity (process, organization, EMDS). Manage Project Documentation Management Controller(s) if any.

 

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Project Documentation Manager-related occupation.

 

Position requires experience with:

1. EDMS tool (Electronic Documentation Management System) and environment knowledge;

2. Project and Documentation management; and

3. Railway Signaling products and systems.
