| Purpose of the job: |
| The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of estimating, analysis and reporting for the different site functions costs. |
| Acts as a financial support and business partner to site MD and heads of departments. |
| Drives the performance of the departments |
| Main Responsabilities |
| Provide budgeting & monthly reporting activities for the different functions on site & maintains associated scorecards. |
| Monitor and analyze site costs identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial performance |
| Provide performance analysis for each function and site performance analysis to the site management and Regions. |
| Drives Cost Productivity, Recovery and Cash Optimization |
| Support monthly closing. |
| - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data |
| - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and all relevant regulations |
| - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy |

| Educational requirement |
| Degree or Master degree in Finance or business administration |
| Experience: |
| 5 years of experience in Finance function is preferred |
| SAP experience is preferred. |

Salary Range - $67,000 - $75,000 |
