Your Role, Your Impact

  • Ensure scalable material management processes to support expanding rail operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory and production needs
  • Maintain high reliability in inventory tracking and reporting systems
  • Champion innovative approaches to streamline supply chain workflows
  • Share knowledge and best practices to foster continuous improvement within the team

What You Bring

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 2 years of experience in managing material control and supply chain
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and data analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and lean methodologies
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

  • On-time delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines
  • Effective collaboration with production and procurement teams
  • Reduction in inventory discrepancies and improved process efficiency
