Responsibilities:

• Record detailed manufacturing progress on a daily basis according to MPS (Master Production Schedule), identify production line delays.
• Compare MPS and suggest a recovery plan to the production supervisor.
• Coordinate implementation recovery plan with supply chain department or any other department involved with the recovery plan.
• Highlight critical path and industrial risks and set a corrective action plan with production supervisor.
• Establish and maintain manpower loading per detailed production schedule.
• Coordinate WIP (Work in Process) with supply chain department to identify material availability issues.
• Continual audit of support departments deliverables to dependent support of overall MPS and CPM (Critical Path Method) requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis to determine corrective action plan.
• Track and report KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), MPS accuracy, and OTD (On Time Delivery) as required.
• Provide "need by" dates for Planning for entry into ERP (SAP) System to support each Project's material requirement.
• Attend regular manufacturing meetings and to follow up all corrective actions impacting the manufacturing schedule.
• Communicate Rolling Stock Operations between the plants on site requirements to Components Operations and other offline production.
• Dispatch the manufacturing program to Industrial manager and Project manager.
• Develop facility improvement schedules. 

Main Required Competences:

• Graduated from university or engineering school (Master’s degree)             
• Experience in supply chain or in planning            
• Knowledgeable of End-to-End vision for Industrial Planning process and process impact in ERP for procurement and manufacturing (Desirable)
• Good knowledge of Core Planning Tool, ERP and Excel
• Good level of English
• Good Communication and collaborative skills
• Innovative, pro-active and positive
• Customer oriented
• Sense of urgency and autonomous
• Able to make the synthesis of a critical issue
