Your future role

You'll **play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our equipment and facilities, contributing to the seamless operation of our production processes**. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**engineering, suppliers, contractors, and internal maintenance teams**), **monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing maintenance strategies** and much more. --- This job offer highlights leadership, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset while maintaining an inclusive and unbiased tone.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining future maintenance strategies for new equipment ,

  • Troubleshooting equipment, identifying parts to be replaced, and managing repairs with internal teams or contractors ,

  • Developing specifications of industrial means for serial production ,

  • Completing maintenance documentation, including work instructions, spare part lists, and criticality matrices ,

  • Supporting Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) ,

  • Managing suppliers and contractors for maintenance activities ,

  • Following up on internal maintenance activities ,

  • Monitoring equipment performance and managing spare parts stock ,

  • Defining and driving roadmaps to improve equipment performance ,

  • Ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence"

  • Degree in Technical Education (Bachelor's degree). ,

  • Experience or understanding of Maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and electrical support. ,

  • Knowledge of reading electrical schematics, programming logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings. ,

  • Familiarity with IS common tools, including robotics and PLC programming. ,

  • English proficiency (read, written, spoken). ,

  • Excel skills. ,

  • Process FMEA and QRQC knowledge. ,

  • Accounting knowledge. ,

  • Strong communication skills. ,

  • Logical and organized mindset.
