Purpose of the job:

The Automation Exxpert is in charge of the development and implementation of the Robotics – Automation on site.

Ensure correct application of the technologies with the good KPI’s.

He/she ensures and define the roadmap and the strategy in 5 years plan.

Manage the skills in charge of Robotics and Automation with the Process engineers Manager
-
Referent inside the company and entry point with Central Teams, suppliers and Tech Centers
-
Build the Business/Case for projects, CAPEX, order to suppliers (including specification, negotiations, technical agreement)

He/she will also be in charge in programming the PLC on site / to train process engineer and delegate that activity under his responsibility

In charge on updates-modifications on PLCs software / to train process engineer and delegate that activity under his responsibility

Define functionalities and specification for automated systems

He/she will be in charge to work on the offline programming for the Robots software / to train process engineer and delegate that activity under his responsibility

In charge of standardise the site solutions for better improvement

In charge of project -suppliers meeting to define interfaces

Interface with Jigs-Tools department to verify accessibility and kinematics of Robot operation

Test for dry runs
Experience Mandatory:
-
Minimum 6 years experienced on implementation of Automated and Robotic lines on industrial environments.

Experience on manging Teams
-
Experience managing complex projects
-
Implented in shopfloor more than 8 automated-robotics systems in production use.
