Purpose of the job: 

• The  Automation Exxpert is in charge of the development and implementation of the Robotics – Automation on site. 

• Ensure correct application of the technologies with the good KPI’s. 

• He/she ensures and define the roadmap and the strategy in 5 years plan. 

• Manage the skills in charge of Robotics and Automation with the Process engineers Manager

• Referent inside the company and entry point with Central Teams, suppliers and Tech Centers 

• Build the Business/Case for projects, CAPEX, order to suppliers (including specification, negotiations, technical agreement) 

• He/she will also be in charge in programming the PLC on site / to train process engineer and delegate that activity under his responsibility

• In charge on updates-modifications on PLCs software / to train process engineer and delegate that activity under his responsibility

• Define functionalities and specification for automated systems 

• He/she will be in charge to work on the offline programming for the Robots software / to train process engineer and delegate that activity under his responsibility

• In charge of standardise the site solutions for better improvement 

• In charge of project -suppliers meeting to define interfaces  

• Interface with Jigs-Tools department to verify accessibility and kinematics of Robot operation 

• Test for dry runs 

Experience Mandatory: 

• Minimum 6 years experienced on implementation of Automated and Robotic lines on industrial environments. 

• Experience on manging Teams 

• Experience managing complex projects 

• Implented in shopfloor more than  8 automated-robotics systems in production use.
