ALSTOM Hong Kong Limited has been a major supplier of trains, signaling systems, infrastructure and services (maintenance, renovation and parts supply) to MTR Corporation over the last 40 years. Since the first metro project in Hong Kong in 1975, ALSTOM Hong Kong Limited has supplied over 1,100 metro cars for its metro network and equipped seven lines with signaling systems currently in operation, contributing positively to the urban transport system development in Hong Kong.

 

We are looking for ILS Coordinator (Training) based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. You will be responsible for:
•    To co-ordinate the preparation of all needed documentation and have them approved by the customer
•    To prepare the planning involving all parties and secure attendance from Alstom, Suppliers and Customer participants
•    To provide regular and timely updates/feedback and KPI's to the direct reporting line
•    Represent the company at training/customer training audits if any
•    Assist the Project Manager, to ensure that all Training/assessment documentation is placed on to ALSTOM Database and updated as necessary
•    Maintain and control the training database/record keeping systems
•    Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws
•    Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc. as required
•    Benchmark and share best practice with other ALSTOM businesses and external companies, keeping abreast of new thinking on learning tools and technologies
•    Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
•    Review training material following changes in legislation, customer requirements and technology
•    Work flexible hours as directed


You are expected to have these credentials:

•    Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline and or related discipline
•    4 years of related experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•    Operational Effectiveness / Accountability
•    A team player, collaborating and supporting team members
•    Detail Conscious with the Ability to Consistently Produce Accurate, Factual, and Detailed Information
•    Ability to Complete Work to A Planned Timescale
