ALSTOM Hong Kong Limited has been a major supplier of trains, signaling systems, infrastructure and services (maintenance, renovation and parts supply) to MTR Corporation over the last 40 years. Since the first metro project in Hong Kong in 1975, ALSTOM Hong Kong Limited has supplied over 1,100 metro cars for its metro network and equipped seven lines with signaling systems currently in operation, contributing positively to the urban transport system development in Hong Kong.


We are looking for HR Generalist based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. Job Responsibilities


  • Support talent acquisition (including job fairs & campus recruitment) and on/off boarding 
  • Support employer branding project such as Top Employer Certification
  • Support & facilitate the Alstom People Management Cycle, including training and development planning and implementation, and People Review
  • Support payroll, timesheet reconciliation & leave Management
  • Manage foreign employees work permit related matters including application, renewals cancellations and updating personal particulars working with external vendor
  • Ensure data quality accruracy - Maintain employee files and records on both HR system (SuccessFactors) and paper form
  • Support Managers in deployment of HR Management, policies, processes and programs
  • Assist on welfare matters and organizing staff engagement activities and events
  • Any other Ad hoc proejct to be assigned when appropriate


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in HR or relevant field
  • 3-4 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Generalist in multinational company
  • Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist Experience in Engineering or mobility industry is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional, articulate, efficient, proactive
