We are looking for a Work Package Controller, based in Hennigsdorf, Germany 



As a Work Package Controller you will diligently and professionally manage the financial accounts of the Project (on and/or off shore scope) in execution and until FAC or formalised handover and supporting the Project Manager (and other project functions) as the finance partner. You will also ensure effective reporting and controlling of the project under the own responsibility i.e. to ensure adequate controls and processes are in place to meet all of the Company’s requirements and that the accounting for the project is in accordance with the Company’s guidelines and instructions.


As a Work Package Controller you will be in charge of cost controlling, will provide clear and transparent data on cost to date and at completion and will ensure the necessary conditions for achievement of the WP’s financial targets. 


Competencies & Skills
    • Ability to supervise a team of cost controllers/ analysts
    • Ability to interpret business related data
    • Well-developed communication skills 
    • Affinity to finance and numbers
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel
    • Good analytical as well as problem-solving skills
    • 3 years of experience in long term contracting and accounting as Work Package Controller

    • English, German (and other European language will be a plus)
