As VIE - SJ250 Project Scheduler, you will work with the Project Planning Manager, and be responsible to buildand update the project schedule in the scheduling tool (internal or customer schedule), according to inputs ofthe PrPM, in order to efficiently the time commitments of the project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute with the PrPM to Earned Value Management
  • Participate to periodic project schedule sessions
  • Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline,
  • Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related toschedule
  • Prepare schedule and progress reports for Customer or Lead Unit or Partners,
  • Apply the Project Scheduling Process,
  • Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices, schedule templates.
  • Generate Monthly and Weekly reports

 

Educational Requirements

Mandatory: Bachelor´s Degree

 

Experience

Mandatory: Project Scheduling

Desirable: Knowledge of different scheduling tools

 

Competencies & Skills

  • Basic overall knowledge of railway products and systems
  • Agility to juggle with schedules simulations and various scenarios
  • Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker, multi-tasking mode
  • Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment.
