Could you be the full-time VIE – SBR Service Project Support in Hennigsdorf  we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role :

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution and delivery of projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, operations, and customer relations), establish and manage reporting tools, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of building and updating a Project Reporting Tool, but also contribute to maintaining the Risk and Opportunity Database.

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Establishing a Project Reporting Tool

  • Updating the Project Management Plan

  • Following up on timely project delivery

  • Providing an updated schedule situation, highlighting gaps between actual and baseline

  • Preparing schedule and progress reports for customers, lead units, or partners

  • Applying the Project Schedule Process

  • Generating monthly and weekly reports

  • Driving and maintaining the continuous progress of updating the Risk and Opportunity Database

  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of project reporting and scheduling processes

  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

  • Familiarity with risk and opportunity analysis

  • A certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software

*This position is offered as part of the V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program, managed by Business France.
