Could you be the full-time VIE - Project Quality Management (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?

 

Your Future Role

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Amol MANGDE- and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

1) Support the project team with Quality performance and reporting:

  • Support in creation of presentations and Quality reporting towards various stakeholders (management, customer etc.);
  • Support in creating KPIs & PowerBI dashboard and Quality performance analyses;
  • Support in the creation of documents & update of Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP);
  • Analyze & improve Quality process performance in the project.

  
2) Quality Improvement/ Practical Problem Solving:

  • Support to raise & track Q-Alerts, support 8Ds, manage corrective actions, implement solution in value chain to avoid recurrence of issues (8D, QRQC);
  • Participation in the change management meetings;
  • Support processing changes relevant for 8D processing
  • Support Rex Process and implement the Return of Experience;
  • Support in creating picture books.

 

3) Non-Conformity Management:

  • Support the Feedback & Feedforward process;
  • Identification of recurring and systematic problems. Initiation of problem-solving processes, support of feedback processes and integration of the acquired insights into the causative functions.

 

4) Customer Acceptance & Documentation:

  • Support Preparation Car History Book (CHB) acc. to customer requirements and industry standards;
  • Support in preparation of customer hold point & planning and preparation of documentation.

 

All About You

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration OR Technical Diploma or similar;
  • Experience in railway industry and in Project Quality are desirable;
  • Very good command of written and spoken English & German are desirable;
  • Agile with MS Office suite. Agile with IS&T tools and with large/complex volume of data or/and willing to constantly learn new tools and processes;
  • Rigorous and structured attitude, strong sense of anticipation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong and collaborative team player;
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, high level of energy;
  • Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, comfortable delivering under pressure;
  • Fast learner, at ease with complexity, can go the extra-mile;
  • Ability and willingness to cooperate with a large, diverse team of stakeholders;
  • Comfortable in a highly international and multi-cultural environment.
