As part of the Project Engineering department you will integrate a dynamic and multicultural team responsible to lead a large railway project portfolio in a challenging environment.

Purpose of the job:

• Support the Head of Project & Bid Engineering with Site Management initiatives 
• Implement Dashboard and Metrics
• Develop and improve governance
• Participate in Site Management activities
• Possibility to move to a project in execution phase to support a Project Engineering Manager in a live project

Required skills & competencies: 

• Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Fluent in English, skills in German is a key asset
• Agile and collaborative spirit
• Driven and Dynamic
• Proactive and autonomous
