Could you be the full-time Project Contract Manager we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your contract management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Driving the Contract Management activities with the support of allocated resources.
  • Proposing and justifying the sizing of the Contract Management team to support the project.
  • Ensuring the application of contracts and governance while preparing and maintaining the Contract Summary.
  • Developing and implementing the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan.
  • Monitoring project schedules and ensuring adherence to contractual milestones.
  • Managing correspondence, insurance policies, and project-specific commercial procedures.
  • Providing creative advice on risks, issues, and claims activities.
  • Training key project stakeholders on contract/claim management practices.
  • Preparing files and supporting external counsel for litigations or dispute resolution.

  • A degree in Law is preferable, but degrees in Engineering, Economics/Finance, or Business with experience in contract management or legal departments are also welcome.
  • Experience or understanding of contract management activities, including claims and governance.
  • Knowledge of contractual documents, including terms and conditions.
  • Familiarity with negotiation practices and risk management.
  • Proficiency in English and German (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write reports and present effectively.
  • Operational effectiveness, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and bring forward creative solutions.
