Being part of the Regional Engineering Transformation,  you will be actively involved in deployment of the new Alstom Engineering Tool Landscape in the Region Germany - Austria - Switzerland (DACH). You will be actively involved in impact analysis (Fit Gap) for applying the new framework in our existing Engineering Organisation, defining and leading necessary people change management activities and the instantiation and further deployment of the local key user networks.
You'll  active participate in the planning and execution of dedicated deployment projects and represent the regional ENG organization in those initiatives and projects in collaboration with the site engineering teams.
You'll perform the transfer from operational problem definition to use case, describe the use cases as input and consolidated demand from DACH regions to the different central metiers and development organizations.
You communicate the status and deployment results accordingly.
You'll participate in cross-functional projects within other regions or with the HQ in Paris and in collaboration with other functions (Project Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrialization mostly).

You'll enjoy developing trainings or return of experience to support the Engineering community knowledge development.

Agile in digital world. Good understanding of methods and tools for business process management (e.g. BPMN; SysML; MS Office), basic understanding of concepts in the area of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM); Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) and there tool based implementation.
First experience/knowledge in the area of product development concepts and standards (hardware and software) will be an asset.

Fluent in  English (written and spoken).

The position will be based in Berlin HQ of the DACH region (Deutschland-Austria-Schweiz).​
