Your future role

We’ll look to you for:

  • Evaluation and comparison of industrial data
  • Creation of diagrams, KPIs, and presentations
  • Process representation and improvement
  • Participation in optimization initiatives
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for process enhancements
  • Opportunity to identify potential for securing the necessary personnel in the PME (Production Methods Engineering)

  • Technical education in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the railway industry
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, including writing manufacturing work instructions and line balancing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up
  • A strong understanding of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
  • Experience with Process FMEA, QRQC, and time analysis methods (MTM, MEK, UAS)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivation and a conscientious, organized approach
