Purpose of the Job

Support of the Engineering Development Planning Team


Being part of the Engineering Development Planning Team in a supportive function. Support the Development Planners in setting up, updating and monitoring the Engineering Development Schedule(s) for Level 2 and Level 3 Layer Planning Documents.

Support in creating and updating schedule supporting documents (KPIs, actions lists (PDCAs), critical path visualizations).




Performance Measurement/KPI’s

Support in providing on time all Engineering schedule deliverables requested according to tender strategy and project time management plans.


  • Support in Engineering schedule construction


  • To support Engineering Development Planning Team in visualizing the critical path


  • Support the visibility on engineering schedule situation


  • To support the communication between Engineering Planning Team Members and te Engineering Development Team on critical issues


  • To support in communication to the Engineering Development Team for schedule modifications



Job Specifications


Knowledge & Experience :


Technical Knowledge / Experience

•    Engineering knowledge: Basic process knowledge on Engineering way of working in Mechanical and Business Administration Engineering

Basic Project Management knowledge (Gantt chart, Work packages, Matrix organization)

•    To have a good taste for technical activities


Technical  Skills

•    Basic knowledge of Excel

•    English


Behavioural Competencies

•    Good Communication and collaborative skills

•    Innovative, pro-active and positive
