Purpose of the Job

    • Calculation and regular updating of "Cost per Unit in Dev" as well as the goals at train & sub-system level.
    • Implementation of the design-to-cost analyses associated with the Train Cost Metiers in the context of tenders and projects.
    • Prepare the data to enable prioritization by the BID and project core team to meet cost targets.
    • Communication with other professions to ensure appropriate coordination and distribution of DtC interim results

Your responsibilities:
    • Calculation and updating of the "Cost per Unit in Dev"
    • Create the best-in-cost design benchmark and calculate the unit target cost at the train and subsystem level
    • Implementation of other DtC train-cost methods such as diversity analyses and cost calculations if required
    • Calculation of train target costs per unit V1 (proposal) and V2 (determination) at train and subsystem level
    • Ensuring proper communication with the other Core Team & Design to Cost métiers to ensure the constant exchange of information
Based on the Train Cost Tools and the process:
    • Calculation & updating of KPIs & results for the steering committees
    • Creation of train cost results as agreed with the core team


Your profile:
    • Confident handling of MS Excel, Qliksense, DMA and Catia
    • Fluent in English
    • Good communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking 
    • Very good agility and collaboration
    • Dynamic, proactive and autonomous
