We are currently looking to recruit a ATP/Train Radio System Engineer for our team located in Hennigsdorf, Germany.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Defining and implementing the functional, performance, transverse and train level requirements of the ATP and Train Radio subsystems.
  • Integrating the subsystem into the train (mechanically and electrically)
  • Defining the Interface (mechanical and electrical) for the dedicated subsystem.
  • Verifying of the subsystem (focus on train level) including design reviews.
  • Change and configuration management process for the subsystem on train level.
  • Control of changes after design changes including impact analysis.
  • Planning and follow up of all activities linked to the subsystem.
  • Support sourcing, suppliers, PUs, S&A Engineers, Interior engineers, RAMS engineers, and validation engineers.
  • Providing inputs to engineering team, sourcing, suppliers or Pus

 

Special knowledge :

 

  • Understanding of railway and some years experience in this area
  • Knowledge of the different ATP systems especially ETCS
  • Basic understanding of an ATO system
