As Project Data Management Coordinator, you will work in the Project Documentation Management team, reporting to the Project Documentation Manager (PrDM). You and will act as first point of contact for the project data management tools and will play a key role in promoting automation and cost optimisation in the project documentation management processes.


  • Structure and maintain all internal project databases (with focus on the project SharePoint Online sites), and develop workflows with guidance from Project Documentation Manager and support from the respective Key Users.
  • Act as first point of contact for data management tools for the project team (multi-site in Germany/Sweden/China), support the project team in case of database issues/questions, with support from central IT team.
  • Identify, collect and migrate data to/from a range of internal and external systems.
  • Analyse the Documentation/Data Management tools landscape for the project, develop and update an overview/visualisation board as part of the project Documentation Management Plan, identify critical areas in the tools interfaces, suggest areas for improvement and automation.
  • Support the Project Document Coordinator in automating the Documents Master List - create workflows to import data from different project tools/databases, analyse data, create KPIs etc
  • Develop relevant KPIs for Project Data Management and report to the Project Documentation Manager on a weekly basis
  • Regularly share best practices, prepare and share ad hoc training material for the project team



  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS)
  • Ideal qualification in Management Information Systems (MIS), or other degree (business, engineering) with strong attitude and interest for database management / MIS.
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office suite, strong Excel skills/VBA (essential), SharePoint Online (desirable).
  • Interest in learning / ability to work with different tools (SharePoint Online, Oracle Aconex, interal tools developed by the company)
  • Fluent English
