The Regional ALSTOM Perfomance System (APSYS) Deployment Manager supports Regional APSYS Director in leading the regional APSYS roadmap integration, which includes:

 

  • Responsible for integration of site improvement plans and best practices with support of métiers 
  • Program and project leader driving strategic initiatives and delivering results 
  • Creates and maintains a vital regional APSYS leader and domain network
  • Supports and deploys Advanced Operation System (AOS) - Training Camps & related transformation of the Model Line
  • People development: APSYS and Lean-Six-Sigma training, coaching and certification
  • Support of the Global APSYS team to implement roadmap improvements and changes

 

Qualifications requirements and experience:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in either Engineering, General Management or Quality Management
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory (Black Belt certification is considered a plus)
  • Several years of experience in Operations, Projects or Site management with a Lean background
  • Expert in at least one of the following domains: Industrial Engineering, Shop Floor Management, Supply Chain, Quality (Engineering, Project Management, Procurement are considered a plus)
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Strong presentation and training & coaching skills, delivering trainings for various levels of audience in the business
  • Availability for regional business travel up to 20% - 40% of the time 
  • Strong management experience of large multicultural team
