Could you be the full-time Quality Management System (QMS) Manager in Salzgitter, Germany, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll ensure the effectiveness, control, and performance of processes that are critical to our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as process owners and quality functions), oversee the integration of processes into our global system, and support continuous improvement initiatives, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO TS 22163 certifications, but also guide process development and integration across all functions.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing and supporting process improvement and integration for the Alstom Drives GmbH site

Coordinating the work of process operators, business process owners, and process owners

Reviewing and ensuring consistency in process development with ISO TS 22163, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards

Ensuring the integration of process documentation into the global system

Monitoring and supporting process integration across all functions
-
Planning, monitoring, and conducting internal audits within your area of responsibility

Moderating and leading FMEA sessions and other cross-functional quality-focused team activities

Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of quality management systems and process development

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO TS 22163, and other relevant standards

Familiarity with process integration and documentation strategies

A certification in quality management or auditing

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Effective communication and leadership abilities
