Purpose of the job



  • Implemention and tracking of project management processes & governance
  • Manage risk, savings & opportunities
  • Support core team on various topics
  • Alstom Transport internal rules



Main responsibilities


  • Implemention and tracking of project management processes & governance
  • Support project on execution of key processes
  • Drive APSYS progress
  • Support site initiatives/audits (e.g. IRIS certification)
  • Inform project team on new project-related topics and initialize trainings
  • Manage risk, savings & opportunities
  • Support REX process
  • Drive Gate reviews & preparation
  • Collect, maintain & report Project KPIs
  • General support of Project manager and overall contact for questions from core team






  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and engineering or similar (required)
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher (desirable)










  • 3+ years experience in project related field
  • Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures
