The successful candidate will be required to ensure the Region’s overall Operations Performance Management, Reporting and governance and will be responsible to drive performance improvement within Services DACH, standardization & optimization of the governance, reporting and PMO tools.
 

You will also act as a business support and consolidation and coordination function for other areas within Services Performance, for the sites/depots and towards the central product line team.
 

Main Responsibilities
Continuous assessment and follow-up of operational performance to secure execution, both for Service Sites and Depots.
Strategy & Yearly targets 
•    Supports defining and deploying Services’ strategy and initiatives and coordinates the translation into concrete action plans with Management Team.
•    Leadership of APSYS deployment within DACH Services and interface to PL and métiers related to APSYS deployment.
•    Supports yearly target setting process, in alignment with Management Team, and cascades to the organization.
•    Together with regional and site functions, you will define relevant KPIs and targets to measure and improve OPS performance at all levels.
Governance & Reporting 
•    Deploys and improves a governance process to monitor the Services Operations organization’s effectiveness and efficiency as well as its strategic initiatives.
•    Ensures that all Operations processes related to governance & reporting are implemented and followed rigorously; supports and leads the streamlining and coordinates the description of new Ops processes.
•    Coordinates the preparation of regular monthly/quarterly reports, as well as ad-hoc reports.
•    Responsible for the Services Performance coordination (PMO) in case consolidated input to the product line is required (e. g. CAPEX, APSYS) 
Standardization, Optimization & Improvement 
•    Permanently improves sites’ reporting process, drives efficiency and standardization in all sites.
•    Improves performance of KPIs by identifying & driving various initiatives.
•    Assists the Services Performance DACH organization in interfaces and collaboration with other functions in the Region, central function Product Line Services and other métiers.

 

Educational Requirements  
Degree / Graduate in Business/Engineering or equivalent

Desired Knowledge / Experience 

  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant role or in a technical role, willing to take over new responsibilities. 
  • Experience of leading transverse actions across multiple organizations and sites and ability to navigate in matrix organization (central, region, support functions)
  • Basic knowledge of financials, Operating systems, and Project Management tools
  • Experience in defining and deploying strategies, transformation/cross-functional projects, and governance monitoring.
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement, change management and Lean principles (Problem solving, value Stream mapping, 6 Sigma, Kaizen moderation, KPIs and all other relevant CI tools) and ability to apply and to coach others
