Payroll Specialist (m/f) for our location in  Hennigsdorf, Germany


The Payroll Specialist is part of an HR Shared Service Organization. Is responsible for HR  and payroll  services for our business units. The Payroll Specialist therefore works closely with the business as well as external authorities or organization to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations and to adapt payroll services to changing needs.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implementation of error-free and timely billing of employees in compliance with and application of the corresponding collective bargaining, operational, labour and social security regulations and regulations as well as the guidelines for examination.
  • Calculation and testing of various remuneration components, such as e.B. Allowances, remuneration in kind, etc.
  • Processing of special payments (e.B. holiday pay, collectively agreed special payments, etc.)
  • Verification of the accuracy of the data relevant to remuneration entered; validation of settlement results; Processing of error logs
  • Create billing reports
  • Contact person for billing-specific inquiries for employees and HR Business Partners
  • Preparation of certificates
  • Support for internal and external tax audits



  • High customer orientation as well as good HR skills
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes and systems
  • Knowledge of the basics of social and tax law
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude, resilience even under time pressure
  • Completed subject-specific vocational training
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of German payroll systems (preferably SAP)
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
