We are currently looking for a Fleet Monitoring Service in Hennigsdorf, Germany to monitor the condition of components, systems and trains.

Your mission:

• To increase vehicle safety, reduce maintenance costs and improve the reliability and availability (RAMS) of Alstom's vehicle fleets

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a complete fleet of vehicles using the fleet monitoring system in place
• Good communication and teamwork with the fleet operation and maintenance team
• Collect and share lesson learned with the Alstom Group fleet monitoring community
• Provide KPI and reports to stakeholders with accurate fleet status
• Continuous improvement of the alarms and algorithms in place
• Coordination and PM roles for new fleet monitoring projects

Your experience and qualifications:

• University education in the field of engineering, computer science, or comparable degree, or relevant compatible experience 
• Experience in industry: railway, automotive, aviation, or automation
• Experience in functional vehicle system technology and /or experience in train /vehicle control and communication system 
• Demonstrated skills to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships between departments and organizations
• Demonstrated software experience desirable
• Programming experience, preferable Phyton,VBA, etc. and modeling skills are a strong plus
• Fluent in English & German in spoken and written are mandatory in this role, French would be a great additional asset
