Could you be the full time DACH Global Planning Specialist (f/m/d) located in Hennigsdorf or other site within Germany we’re looking for?

 

Your Future Role

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Nikolaos Anagnostou and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

 

We’ll look for you to :

  • Ensure compliance to Alstom Planning standards, processes and Golden Rules.
  • Operational Planning management: Drive adherence to the Planning Synchronization process and MPS Governance across all DACH Sites.
  • Tactical (SIOP Process) Planning management: Implementation of robust SIOP to promote optimized, cross-functional planning across all involved Functions; work with Sites to maintain advanced level of maturity of the process.
  • Develop and animate Inter-site synchronization between Lead Units and Participating Units.
  • Strategic (S&OP Process) Planning management: Coordinate Strategic Planning activities for the Region in alignment with key stakeholders (Central, Métiers, Sites).
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly Workload updates.
  • Coordinate Planning activities during the Budget and F1 phase. Liaise with Sites and Métiers to register risks and opportunities and identify impact to Customer Deliverables.
  • Weekly/Monthly monitoring of Key Planning KPIs (OTD, DFQ, Manufacturing Throughput, Production Performance), identify risks and action plans.
  • Ensure alignment between Project, Development and Industrial Planning Deliverables.
  • Manage the roll-out of new Tools to the Sites. Develop roll-out plans and manage training and implementation.
  • Identify possible gaps in the Planning community and support the Sites in the recruitment process.
  • Assess Planning capabilities on Site and define development plans.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in industrial / manufacturing project planning roles.
  • Strong technical and industrial understanding.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate proficiency in German is preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of planning tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment
