RESPONSABILITIES

Strategy

  • Develop Parts, Repair & Overhaul Commercial Offering including Obsolescence
  • Develop  Parts, Repair & Overhaul Business Development Handbook : to Proactive Fleet Management
  • Develops Standard catalogue offering for non-bundled offers (un-solicited offers)
  • Animates Budget/3 years Plan review with Regions & Consolidate Globally

Opportunity Phase

  • Coordinating Wall C updates for Parts & Repairs & Overhaul Orders with all Regions /  Make sure all opportunities are visible and properly updated
  • Support Parts BD manager in Regions for all specific Alstom commercial offerings (TSSSA, VMI, MAS..) + associated Methods & Too

Tender Phase

  • Support any specific BID / Tenders from Regions for winning at Targeted Gross Margin – participate to all Tenders Gate reviews (Frame contracts, VMI, MAS, TSSSA)

Execution Phase

  • Animation of the Parts BD Managers Network for all topics
  • Day to Day contact with all BD manager in regions for getting proximity and being supportive for achieving growth targets and helping for problem resolution
  • Trainings to Parts BD Managers on selling full Parts Repair & Overhaul offers, including Obsolescence solutions (for RS only but synch with ADM)
  • Leverage collaboration with Services Marketing for Case Studies, Marketing Materials & Trainings

 Transformation

  • Support the implementation of the new Parts Transformation model (APOlline) for boosting Sales and achieving AiM targets by 2023
  • Develop with HR a Competency Development plan for Parts, Repair and Overhaul BD Managers

Innovation

  • Design/Pilot/Introduce new Commercial Offering (new Contracts types, Standard TSSSA,  new Kits etc…)

 

Desired Knowledge / Experience

  • Good knowledge of Parts Markets base on RS Installed base
  • Good technical knowledge of products at sub-system and components level
  • Good knowledge of components maintenance/OVH market
  • Ability to networking
